Conveniently located at 2840 Holme Avenue in Philadelphia (directly across from Nazareth Hospital) just east of Roosevelt Boulevard, it is easily accessible by car and public transportation. The SEPTA Route 20 bus stops directly outside our front door.

The organization is a “not-for-profit” Pennsylvania Corporation with 501 (c) 3 status. It’s mission is dedicated to enriching the lives of the people in Northeast Philadelphia without regard to race, gender, cultural or religious orientation and mental or physical abilities. The area has many private “for profit” fitness centers that are cost prohibitive to the average family, adults and seniors.
