BOXING CLASS

A safe co-ed program for ages 13 + up taught be certified United States
Boxing Association Coaches. Learn the fundamentals and get the fantastic
aerobic workout that goes along with it. Headgear and gloves provided.

Isolate and activate core abdominal muscles, achieve a strong supple body,
tone and elongate, optimize strength and flexibility, fine tune balance
control, increase lower back strength.

absolute blast in an exhilarating caloric burning, body energizing class
that inspires movements to tone sand sculpt your body with some added Latin
rhythms and music.

"TOTAL TONE" - Sculpt
and contour combining strength training with core training. Total
workout without Aerobics or Jumping. Targets problem areas such as
triceps, gluts, ect.
