CARDIO-VASCULAR EXERCISE & FITNESS:
- CARDIO-KICKBOX
CLASS– A complete cardiovascular workout including
low impact aerobics, kick boxing moves, light hand weights and sculpting.
- BODY
TONING CLASS – A exercise program designed to offer
a complete upper and lower body toning session.
- FITNESS
ON THE BALL
Stability Ball Class – Get on the ball by getting to the core
of your exercising program with proper training with a variety of ways of
using an exercise ball to your benefit. Great for stretching out those muscles.
- “YOGA”
CLASS – Learn to still the mind, become more centered
and focused through posture and breathing. Yoga will help one to find peace
in stressful situations and also become more balanced in mind, body and
spirit. Enhance your flexibility, balance and deep relaxation.
- “PREMIER
YEARS” Exercise Class – (Conducted in association
with Moss Rehab) An exercise program geared towards our Senior members.
Get in better shape, at the same time, improving strength, flexibility,
balance, coordination and endurance. Easy exercises that can be done every
day.
- “WOMAN’S
SELF DEFENSE” CLASS – A class offered to help
keep your teenaged daughter and / or spouse from becoming a victim of an
attack in today’s society. Self defense tactics are taught that will
help save them from serious injury or life-threatening situations.
- “CO-ED”
BOXING CLASS –
A safe co-ed program for ages 13 + up taught be certified United States
Boxing Association Coaches. Learn the fundamentals and get the fantastic
aerobic workout that goes along with it. Headgear and gloves provided.
